今天傍晚傳出的最新消息,在Thanksgiving 長假中傳出這個消息,有點小意外,這些GM跟球員不用休息的嗎?

昨天晚上就有留言傳出Reds is closing a deal with Francisco Cordero.今天早上John Fay查證時,Wayne還在否認.晚上消息就突破了,Reds and Cordero reached a 4 years deal with 1 year option in 2012, 合約細節還沒有透露,目前只有2012的option流出,12 millions option and 1 million buy out. Shit, this could be a biggest contract for a Reds' bullpen.

Cordero is a good closer. 今年戰績 0-4 with a 2.98 ERA and 44 saves in 51 chances.並且兩度入選 All-Star including this year.

而今年有33 saves 的 David Weathers將可能回到set-up man的角色.但是也已經有一個RHP Jared Burton在那邊, Burton今年後半季表現出色. 所以Weathers會不會被交易出去,很難說.
