5/22/09 roster move

昨天在Owings投滿三局就被拉下來後，四局上換上Ramon Ramirez後，猜測就開始了。Ramirez是內定的週六先發，只有兩個可能，Edison Volquez可以投球了(但是他根本沒練投，這個可能性被排除)，就是農場再拉上一個spot starter，意味著Homer Bailey or Matt Maloney。

另外就是Darnell McDonald，大家（球迷，廣播節目主持人，專欄記者等）一致要求抽換他，把Jonny Gomes換上來，我那時就在想Phillies series是最後的try outs，果不其然，今天的調動也有他。

Anyway，今天的roster調動，

先說離開25 active roster的人

1. Ramon Ramirez optioned back to Louisville Bats。
   
2. Darnell McDonald 被 Designated for Assignment。
3. Edison Volquez被送到15天傷兵名單。回溯到5/17日。

加入25 men roster的

1. Homer Bailey called up他將要在明天先發對上Indians，生涯第二戰對上Indians，第一戰則是他MLB debut in 2007。That night was awesome，I was there。我們把他當作救世主一般的膜拜。但是事與願違。Not only he was not great, but he was also an asshole in club house。I hope he has changed。今年農場成績，並沒有說很好。
2. Johnny Gomes called up and entered the 40 men roster。今年農場成績。最近棒子正熱，查查近10場成績即可知。並且領先球隊在全壘打(9)跟打點(27)兩項。
3. 再來就是RHP reliever Carlos Fisher，今年農場成績。在Reds的登板將會是他大聯盟的首次登板，MLB debut。

It's a good direction for now。而 Indians現在正在走下坡，看看Reds能不能拿下至少兩勝。
