Reds update with Big Hawaii, 05/13/09

1. 3:1 win over D-Backs。Awesome!! Five game over .500。上次有這樣已經是接近三年前了。另外感謝Pirates擊敗Cardinals。目前Reds跟紅鳥僅有一場勝差了。
2. 照帳面來看Owings verse Haren。Reds輸面大。但是Owings投出本季最好的一場比賽，even better than the Braves game。Jeff Brantley在開賽時有提到，被交易以後第一次面對老東家，either you are really good or really bad, it all depends on first inning。Owings第一局投出三上三下。往後也是很順，Jeff Brantley is gold。他是很好的講評員，另外轉播的功力也逐漸進步中。
3. Votto四局下因為頭暈而退場，應該是流感的症狀還未完全消失。賽後球隊宣佈目前流感檢測都是陰性反應，今晚應該會先發。
4. Brandon Phillips carries the team on offense yesterday。三分的得分跟他都有直接的關係，第一分他打進來的，第二分也歸功於他跑壘的策略正確，多取了一個壘。第三分是單響砲。在對方Ace登板下取得三分，That's all you can get。外加Owings可以match表現，加上牛棚三老上場，sealed the game and took the win。
5. Alex Gonzalez將要回游擊先發，預估是週五對上Padres。目前的SS, Hairston, Jr. 正在燙手，他近八場皆擊出安打，打擊率超過四成，六打點，11得分。他應該會被移到左外野，繼續擔任先發第二棒。
6. 然後就像我昨日跟Shinjyo討論的，roster move應該會是Darnell McDonald下放。
7. 今日Cueto對上rookie Bryan Augenstein Major League debut。若是以前的Reds，幾乎可以放個L在戰績表上，Let's see how the new Reds will do。加上是sweep決定戰，It's going to be tough。In MLB, it's hard to sweep a team. It's going to be a tough fight, I guess. I hope my prediction will be wrong。
